I am woven from the threads of the old ways - rooted in Nordic shamanic traditions, yet guided by the wisdom of modern psychology, yogic teachings, and scientific understanding. My path has been one of devotion to the body, the psyche, and the unseen rhythms that shape our existence.
As a former dancer, I have spent my life attuning to the language of movement, where the body speaks what words cannot. Trained in bodywork, nutrition, and the alchemy of sound and rhythm, I guide others to awaken through embodied movement, breath, and music - where vibration becomes medicine and stillness becomes revelation.
In the space between ancient ritual and modern science, I walk - bridging logic and instinct, structure and surrender, earth and ether.

I have walked the unseen paths and lived in ten lands. I sat at the feet of witches and shamans in Mexico, learning the forgotten ways.
My journey has been one of descent and reclamation—crawling through the shards of my own brokenness to emerge reborn.
With the blood of Viking witches in my veins, I carry the fire of those who came before me. As a yogi, personal trainer and initiate of the tantric mysteries, I weave the wisdom of the five bodies together —guiding others into their deepest knowing.
